The Whole World Is Watching & Praying

A picture is worth a thousand words -- this section speaks volumes about the emotions of the world. There is both pro and anti-war images representing a broad spectrum of opinion. There are many images from the International Peace March on Feb. 15th, 2003; the day the peace movement became the world's next super power. Bush brushed off the marches as being a mere focus group and expected to get no advice from the people.

There are many protests in todays world a sign that changes are happening faster than the people can adjust. Do the people have a choice? Can there be an influence by the people on the power elite? There are many changes evoking many responses. They are braod and influvence every aspect of society. But when it all gets melted down to a common denominator the people are all pointing their finger of disdain in one direction - Globalization. This is why protest is in this section; to focus in on the Big G -- it all starts and ends here.

The protests are quite different outside the United States where people are protesting against the States from foreign soil. Here at home we feel the heat when protesting inside the belly of the beast. But the feedback on the streets is encouraging as more people come to question the sanity of the Bush administration.

This will give you an impression of what is going on outside our corporate media, a chance to see outside the matrix. For those that are against the policies of the Bush administration and Globalization you are not alone. Millions are marching every month to demand that the Market Economy be banned out of existence.

  • Peace not war
  • prosperity not poverty
  • work, not slavery
  • awareness not ignorance
  • a green planet not pollution

The Market Economy is a false economy and plays to the power of the market elitists. When the markets are liberated the world will see the end of Globalization and its cabal; which spread their unethical deeds through World Bank & IMF loans, international trade treaties, and wars; and when it is not called Globalization it is called neo-liberalism.

    Pope John Paul II

In the background of the daily news we hear from a very important world leader warning the world about neo-liberalism.

“More and more, in many countries of America, a system known as “neoliberalism” prevails; based on a purely economic conception of the human person, this system considers profit and the law of the market as its only parameters, to the detriment of the dignity of and the respect due to individuals and peoples. At times this system has become the ideological justification for certain attitudes and behavior in the social and political spheres leading to the neglect of the weaker members of society. Indeed, the poor are becoming ever more numerous, victims of specific policies and structures which are often unjust.”
    — Pope John Paul II

    - from the book
    "Beyond Iraq, Surviving Globalization"

The corrupt corporations go around the world harvesting money like drift net fishing fleets scouring the ocean for all its contents. Rabid business looking for that last dime of profit to get to the thirsty stockholders; and the stockholders monitor their profits like a pensive gambler waiting for the next card to flip to see if they are the next loser of winner. How removed from the results of their addiction to money they are, how inhuman for the spirit of mankind, how desolate the road the human experiment sometimes travels. I am proud to be involved in the peace movement where the last vestiges of humanity are making their stand.

If you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything.
